ALLENTOWN MUNICIPAL COURT

The Allentown Municipal Court has jurisdiction over petty criminal offenses, referred to as disorderly persons offenses. A disorderly persons offense is punishable by a fine, up to six months in jail and/or probation, and a possible loss of license depending on the charge. A conviction on a disorderly persons summons also results in a criminal record, which will take a minimum of five years to expunge from your record if you are eligible.
