Lake Como NJ Fake ID

Charged With False Identification or Fake Identification in Lake Como NJ?

Of all the bars in Lake Como, the one that leads to the greatest number of arrests for false ID or fake ID is Bar A, aka Bar Anticipation. As soon as the weather gets nice or the St. Patrick’s Day Parade comes to town, thousands of teenagers and “twenty some things” descend upon Lake Como to drink alcohol, meet other guys and young ladies and enjoy the beach town lifestyle. However, every season there are underage drinkers who, understandably, want to be a part of the “Bar A” or Paul’s Tavern lure and unfortunately they find themselves on the wrong side of the law, arrested and facing serious criminal charges for using a fake ID and/or false identification.

In all my years of representing young adults who were arrested for underage drinking or fake ID’s, invariably the client’s were all college students seeking occupations in the legal field, teaching field, nursing field, financial field, law enforcement field or other professional field. Unfortunately, if you are arrested and convicted, a conviction or convictions for false ID will be on your criminal record and more than likely show up on an employer’s, background check. In addition you can face a six month loss of your driver’s license, fines, probation and up to six months jail. I have successfully resolved false ID and/or fake identification charges for years. Call us today at 732-431-2224 for a free consultation to discuss your charge and to prepare your defense.
